We have been retained by a long-time medical device client in the SF Bay Area to assist them in attracting an outstanding executive as Director, Payer and Administrator Marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an effective demand-creation capability with Payers (Managed Care Entities and Accountable Care organizations) and Hospital Administrators to drive a +$3 billion medical device business. Especially critical is the ability to create powerful financial and value-based arguments to payers and hospital administrators to drive adoption of our client's brands.
We have been retained by a large Berkshire Hathaway business, to assist them in attracting an experienced manufacturing executive as General Manager of their most critical operation, located near Atlanta. This is a complex, high-speed metal and electronics manufacturing facility which has significant opportunities to improve efficiency. There are additional attractive aspects to this, although confidential.
